EURÉVAL offers its clients all the advantages of an international dimension: working in French, English or Spanish, ability to mobilise international experts, achieving benchmarking with foreign institutions…
We have an extensive European network of consulting firms specialising in the design and the evaluation of public policies.
Among our recent partners:
EURÉVAL collaborates with many research centers and universities including through participation, Eric Monnier as Associate Professor in the Public Management degree from the University of Geneva since its creation in 1990, and Jacques Toulemonde as director of Master in evaluation and monitoring of public policies of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon, certificate he designed and developed in 2004.
EURÉVAL also develops partnerships with temporary sector experts (environment, transport, urban development, health, etc.)..
Our consultants follows permanently expectations of administrations through their contacts with a network of 10 000 specialised in international organisations, national and regional administrations (see "Our professional networks").
C2E is a network of small and medium size companies specialized in policy design, impact assessment and evaluation.
The Network was established at the 9th Conference of the European Evaluation Society in Prague (October 2010). Initiated by Euréval with the purpose to gather together its regular partners in other countries, C2E was established on a block of shared principles :
The network consists of 12 members directly covering 15 EU Member States, together with another member in Switzerland. Besides Euréval, confirmed members of the network are :
C2E members combine over 150 in-house experts specialized in evaluation and impact assessment on a variety of sectors.
Each member operates countrywide. All members are independent and follow a quality based consulting approach. It is also worth mentioning that all members are either founding members or members of their national evaluation societies (when they exist).
The overall competence of the Network is strengthened by the specialisation of each member. Each member has international experience in carrying out evaluations and impact assessments, policy design, economic and social research. Members have a wide network of international relations and have carried out assignments in many Member States, and transition and developing countries.
An internal communication system allows for on-going transfer of information among C2E members.
